Apart from buying directly from our retail stores, we can also provide you with Online Ordering through our website.
Your order is sent directly to our systems, and you will be contacted about your order within 24hours.

Shipping Advise
It is customers' full responsibility to take up insurance (with an extra cost) for any mailing of goods purchased from ARC in any case. There will be no insurance on goods shipped unless specified by our customers. Customers are responsible for any unforeseen damages or loss of goods in transit.

For members:
Email your order details, quoting your member number (issued to you by us) and any payment details you wish us to know of.
For example direct deposit receipt number, change of credit card details, change of address.
Please note that any change of details must be forwarded with proof. Usually a scan of the original documents is sufficient.

Ordering Method No. 1: (Direct deposit)

We Need you To fax or e-mail an order after a confirmation through phone, fax or e-mail through our sales staff.
Also stating how much you deposited.

Note: Very Helpful if you did an over-the-counter deposit, send a copy of the deposit slip. If you do not have it.
Then State the time and date of the deposit.

Call ahead to Arrange the order Then Fax the Deposit Slip and details of the order.
Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatching if goods are in stock.

Ordering Method No. 2: (PayPal)
Pay by PayPal through your PayPal account. On the check out session, you have an option of selecting PayPal. Then confirm the purchase. Our account name is: sales@arc.com.au (3% on top of total purchase amount apply)

When we receive your order, we will then calculate the shipping costs and email you with an exact shipping amount for you to add onto your purchase total.

Once you receive the total amount from us, then pay through PayPal as you usually do with PayPal to our PayPal account. Then within 1-3 working days, your goods with be on its way to you.

Ordering Method No. 3: (Credit Card)
For Credit Card Orders, We need a Faxed Order.
And the following needs to be on the fax:

  1. A copy of both sides of youcredit Card
    Showing the Card Holders Signature.
    (please re-write card number and exp date on fax)

  2. The Card Holders Drivers Licence
    Clearly showing The Signature

  3. The Card Holders Signature on the Fax.

Note: For email orders that are to be done in this way.
We need the scans of the above.
You can scan a letter for the order with the card holder's Signature.
Please keep the file size small. or even zip all files together.

Note: No surcharge on any EFTPOS (Savings or Cheque account) transactions. ARC is charging 1% on VISA and Master Cards. 3.2% surcharge on American Express and Dinners Club due to their higher fee charges on merchants like us.
