ARC Price Matching Policy:

• ARC will match genuine advertised prices at the discretion of the branch manager/salesperson.
• The item MUST be currently in stock and available for purchase at the competitor's place of business at the time of the price match.
• ARC Price Matching operates on an "Apples to Apples" policy - ARC will only match prices on identical items, not similar items.
• ARC reserves the right to add a % of cost to a price match should the sales person/management determine that the price match is not an "Apples to Apples" match.
• Price matching does not apply to special order items, as the price cannot be guaranteed for an item not currently in stock at the supplier.
• The level of service provided by the competitor will be a consideration of sales staff before accepting a price match - we WILL NOT under any circumstances match any place of business that does not keep stock, requires customers to stand in a line for an hour prior to receiving service, does not provide adequate pre- and after-sales service or warranties etc.
• All other sales conditions as outlined on official ARC invoices and the ARC website still apply.
